Howard Watch Co., (Keystone), Waltham, Mass., Series 0, 16 size, 23 jewels, stem wind, lever set, adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, damascened nickel plate movement with lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, sapphire banking pins, gold timing screws and whiplash micrometric regulator in a yellow gold filled, swing out open face case with monogram "FMH" on back and Arabic numeral, double sunk, white enamel dial, blued steel spade and poker hands with gilt hour for second time zone, serial #1155254, c1915.
CONDITION:
CASE: Case has housed another movement; Shows extra case screw marks; Minor dings and pin pricks; A few minor dents; Minor scratches on outer surface of case; Plastic crystal; Crown worn. DIAL: Hairlines in enamel; Filled chip at edge, 3:00; Minor chip, 6:00. HANDS: Good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor scratches and scuffs on plate; Escape wheel endstone setting with fine abrasion; Case screws with a few specks of oxide. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks).
